There are many methods to achieve weight loss, whether by weight training or cardio. Every client is different so we will create a routine that works for you. Exercise does not have to be boring, we will try to keep your routines fresh to maintain your motivation.
Nutritional Advice / Dietitian
We can give you specific advice on what to eat and what not to eat in order to help achieve your goals. We can give you new recipes from our extensive database in order to help introduce you to new foods. We are also able to provide an eating plan based on your goals.
Strength Training / Conditioning
If you want to become a little stronger, or improve strength for your sport, we can help. Using anything from traditional methods such as bars and dumbells, to plyometric and functional work.
Cardio Training
If you have a certain goal we can help you to achieve it. No matter your current level. Cardio fitness can help expand your lung capacity to help you improve your endurance.
Body Sculpture / Toning
Looking to lose the bingo wings or get that six pack in time for holiday? We will help you with a range of exercises to get you looking the way you want to.
GP/Exercise Referral
To attend a GP/Exercise referral session you must have been referred by a Doctor or a Health professional. The first session will involve an induction and a programme specifically designed to meet your needs.
