1 on 1 Personal Training
1 to 1 is a personal training session between you and a trainer. Here you will target your goals, whether they are to lose weight or bulk up. Each session lasts one hour.
Your personal trainer will work you within your limits and may push a bit further whilst keeping you focused and motivated on the task in hand. A full fitness program is planned for you to do at home when you are not with a trainer, tailored specifically to your goals and abilities.
As well as great fitness training you will receive nutritional advice to enable you to attain your goal. A fitness test will be taken once a month to see how you are progressing - nothing motivates you more than seeing the hard work pay off. This ensures that we know you are on the right path.
